HB0081 - Tuition Program for Students Seeking Teacher Licensure

State Impact:
This bill eliminates the requirement of the funding of 365 incentive loans if annual appropriations are insufficient. This could reduce the annual number of loans for prospective teachers.

Individual and Business Impact:
If appropriations were reduced, fewer students would be able to receive the incentive loan.
