HB0305 - Boating Registration Fee
State Impact:
This bill allows the current boater registration fees of $10 to be raised to $14 per boat. Should the Parks and Recreation Board increase the boating fees to the new maximum of $14 per boat, the restricted revenues would increase by $320,000 annually.
