HJR012 - Joint Resolution Supporting Garfield County Expansion of Correctional Facilities

State Impact:
Mailing requirements of this resolution can be handled within existing budgets. A fiscal impact will be expected for Garfield County if they borrow to build correctional facilities. The Department of Corrections will have a fiscal impact if they contract with the county.
