State Impact:
Enactment of this bill will appropriate $4,000,000 in ongoing General Fund revenues beginning in FY 2008 with $2,000,000 going to the Department of Natural Resources for watershed rehabilitation or restoration and $2,000,000 to the Rangeland Improvement Fund. In addition, the bill will appropriate $2,000,000 in one-time General Fund revenues in FY 2008 to the LeRay McAllister Critical Land Conservation Fund.
