State Impact:
Additional costs associated with provisions of this bill, estimated at $22,800, is expected to trigger a request for legislative approval of certain fee increases by the Department of Health. Enactment of this bill could require the Department of Health to request legislative approval to increase licensing fees for health care facilities by $25, and certain individuals may be charged an extra $5.00 for licensing and certification.
