The fiscal impact of this bill is revenue neutral. Enactment of this bill is estimated to generate an additional $5,500 of Dedicated Credit Revenue which would be used by the Utah Department of Health's Medical Examiner's Office to cover expenses incurred while implementing the provisions of this legislation.
