Enactment of this bill will decrease revenue to the Uniform School Fund, Transportation Fund, and Transportation Fund Restricted accounts by $19,600 beginning in FY 2008.

Individual, Business and/or Local Impact:
If this bill is enacted, individuals with Purple Heart license plates will no longer pay annual license and registration fees of $24.50 to $34.50, depending on county of residence.
Counties that currently collect the Local Corridor Preservation fee would experience a decrease in revenue equal to about $4,300 annually.
