HB0303 - Phosphorus Limit in Dishwashing Detergent

State Impact:
Enactment of this bill will not require additional appropriations. This use of phosphorus is not currently a regulatory element of DEQ.

Individual, Business and/or Local Impact:
Wastewater treatment facilities may benefit due to decreased levels of phosphorus entering into their collection systems. It is unknwon at this time if individuals would be impacted with future dishwashing detergent purchases because of the new chemical requirements of the bill..
