State Impact:
Enacting this bill will require a Commerce Service Fund appropriation of $1,300 in FY 2010 and $2,400 in FY 2011. The bill will generate revenues of $2,500 in FY 2010 and FY 2011. The net impacts of $1,200 in FY 2010 and $100 ongoing in FY 2011 go to the General Fund.
