Enactment of this bill will not require additional appropriations.

Individual, Business and/or Local Impact:
To the extent that new providers are used to provide inter-facility medical transport, there will be a shift in revenues from current to new providers. Additionally, some current providers are local governments and they may see a reduction in revenues if they choose to allow other providers to operate in their service areas. Enactment of this bill likely will not result in direct, measurable costs and/or benefits for individuals.
