SB0132S01 - Individual Income Tax Contribution for Methamphetamine Housing Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Fund
State Impact:
Enactment of this bill creates the Methamphetamine Housing Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Fund. Revenue to the fund and expenditures from the fund have a net zero fiscal impact. The account is funded by voluntary contributions made on individual income tax returns. The expected amount of contributions is $50,000 in FY 2010 and $50,000 FY 2011. The contribution is thereafter not included on the individual income tax return.
