Enactment of this resolution will not require additional appropriations. Future appropriations will be required if the state contracts beds from the county.

Individual, Business and/or Local Impact:
Enactment of this resolution will not likely result in direct, measurable costs and/or benefits for individuals or businesses. If San Juan County issues bonds to build a correctional facility, a fiscal impact will be realized by the county.
