SB0003S01 - Current Fiscal Year Supplemental Appropriations

State Impact:
This bill appropriates for FY 2010 $98,607,300 including ($34,912,100) from General, Education, and Uniform School Funds. It transfers ($2,397,200) from the Education Fund to the Uniform School Fund. It deposits $40,819,600 from various sources, including $26,910,200 from the General Fund Budget Reserve Account, into the General Fund. It transfers $59,290,800 from the Education Budget Reserve Account to the Education Fund. These appropriations are made for the use and support of state government and higher education.
