This bill appropriates for FY 2011 $652,150,800 including $16,229,200 from the General Fund, ($8,700,000) from the Education Fund, and $644,621,600 from other sources. It appropriates $22,340,000 from various sources into the General Fund, including $5,946,200 from the General Fund Budget Reserve Account. It appropriates $13,700,000 from nonlapsing balances into the Uniform School Fund. These appropriations are made for the use and support of state government and higher education.
