State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
This legislation may cost the Department of Workforce Services $600 ongoing General Fund and $500 federal funds beginning in FY 2013. The final cost of this legislation will depend upon how the program is designed by the Departments of Health and Workforce Services as well as approval by the federal government.

Local Governments (UCA 36-12-13(2)(c)):
If local governments receive community service from the less than 100 Medicaid clients, then this may offset some other staffing or project costs.
Direct Expenditures by Utah Residents and Businesses (UCA 36-12-13(2)(d)):
Less than 100 individuals who now must provide community service to receive Medicaid benefits will incur the costs associated with providing that community services (travel, time, etc.).
