State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill is estimated to increase fee collections for for federally funded drinking water loans by $35,000 in FY 2012 and FY 2013. Those funds will be expended to implement requirements of the federal Safe Drinking Water Act.
