HB0320 - 4-H Special Group License Plate
State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Under the provisions of this bill, if 640 individuals donate $25 each year to Utah State and simultaneously apply for a 4-H special group license plate, revenue to University would be $16,000 annually; annual dedicated credits revenue would be $2,600 for license plate production and annual revenue to the Transportation Fund would be $600. Private sources will cover the start-up costs.
