State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this legislation will result in a decrease in Commerce Service Fund revenue of $4,900 in FY 2013 and in odd-numbered years thereafter and a decrease in Commerce Service Fund costs of $1,400. Commerce Service Fund revenue and expenditures affect the annual transfer to the General Fund.
