Local Governments (UCA 36-12-13(2)(c)):
Local government jails could collect additional revenue to offset medical costs.

Direct Expenditures by Utah Residents and Businesses (UCA 36-12-13(2)(d)):
Jail inmates able to pay for certain medical costs will be required to do so.
