HB0447 - Kindergarten Literacy Improvement Program

State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill appropriates $7,500,000 in ongoing Education Funds divided into two functions. First, $3 million is appropriated to the State Board of Education to provide for the RFP outlined in the bill. Second, $4.5 million is appropriated to the Minimum School Program for distribution to local education agencies as outlined in the bill.
