SB0138 - Driver License Qualification Amendments
State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of the bill will reduce annual revenues to the Transportation Fund Restricted - Public Safety Account by $1,025,000 beginning FY 2012. The bill will also provide net savings to the Department of Public Safety and the Transportation Fund Restricted - Public Safety Account of $98,000 in FY 2012 and $100,000 annually beginning FY 2013.

Direct Expenditures by Utah Residents and Businesses (UCA 36-12-13(2)(d)):
Beginning FY 2012, 41,000 individuals will be required to find alternative forms of transportation to that of driving.
