State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill will cost the Courts $2,100 one-time from the General Fund in FY 2013 to process petitions. The Department of Public Safety will collect and spend $1,900 in dedicated credits for background checks and research costs.
