State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill may cost the Courts $500 per case beginning in FY 2013 for judge and clerk time. Courts would collect revenue from convicted individuals that are able to pay an estimated $200/case. The amount of cases is unknown at this time.

Local Governments (UCA 36-12-13(2)(c)):
Enacting this bill may cost local county jails $65/day for up to 60 days for offender incarceration for a total cost of $3,900.

Direct Expenditures by Utah Residents and Businesses (UCA 36-12-13(2)(d)):
Individuals who are convicted of the offenses created in this bill and are able to pay will pay an expected $200/incident that will go the General Fund.
