State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill will cost the Office of Recovery Services in the Department of Human Services $143,800 ongoing from the General Fund and $287,500 ongoing from federal funds to process newly contested custody arrangements beginning in FY 2013. Enactment of this bill will also cost the Courts $291,900 ongoing from the General Fund to pay for increased court hearings beginning in FY 2013.
