State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill will allow the Department of Environmental Quality to expend funds from the Petroleum Storage Tank Trust Fund to conduct a study and prepare a report regarding the financial viability of the Environmental Assurance Program. The estimated cost to complete this study is approximately $65,700 for administrative support, travel, and contract support from the trust fund account.
