State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill will cost the Division of Child and Family Services $4,780,200, the Guardian Ad Litem $681,800, the Office of the Attorney General $548,600, and the Courts $181,000 ongoing from the General Fund to implement the provisions of this bill beginning in FY2013. The bill will aso cost the Guardian Ad Litem $17,300 one-time from the General Fund in FY2013. Enactment of this bill will also likely reduce federal funding for the Division of Child and Family Services, the Division of Juvenile Justice Services, the Office of the Attorney General, and the Guardian Ad Litem by significant, but as yet indeterminable, amounts.
