State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill may increase revenue to the Transportation Fund by an estimated $35,000 one-time in FY 2013. The bill may also decrease ongoing revenue to the Transportation Fund by $1,000 per year beginning in FY 2014.

Direct Expenditures by Utah Residents and Businesses (UCA 36-12-13(2)(d)):
Certain trailer owners may experience a registration fee increase of $14 per year, for a total ongoing cost of $27,000. Others would pay a $40 one-time fee for a cumulative cost of $8,000. Those who pay the $40 one-time fee would be exempt from future registration fees, resulting in a cumulative ongoing savings of $28,000 per year.
