State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enacting this bill will cost $200,000 in FY2012 and $1,439,700 ongoing in FY2013 from the General Fund to the Division of State Archives to create, maintain, and administer a website and store data. It will cost $253,500 one-time in FY2013 and $507,800 ongoing in FY2014 from various sources to state agencies for personnel to coordinate records for the website. Division of State Archives data storage costs will increase $677,300 from the General Fund each year until website retention schedules are complete.

Local Governments (UCA 36-12-13(2)(c)):
Local governments may require additional personnel to coordinate records for inclusion on a website. This bill may require one-time cost for audio or visual equipment necessary to capture public meetings for inclusion on a website depending on the governmental entity's current capacity.
