HB0357 - Guardian Ad Litem Amendments
State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill will save the Guardian Ad Litem $452,500 ongoing from the General Fund beginning in FY2014 which the amended bill directs to be used "to reduce caseloads and improve current practices." The Guardian Ad Litem also estimates a loss of $70,000 in collections currently used to offset costs that will now be eliminated by this bill.
