State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill will cost an estimated $12,400 in FY 2012 and $70,900 in FY 2013 from the General Fund. The one time funding of $12,400 would be for the Department of Human Resource Management to implement provisions of the bill prior to the open enrollment period in 2102. The ongoing funding would be $28,200 for the Division of Finance and $42,700 for the Department of Human Resource Management to continue training and oversight required by provisions of the bill.
