State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill will cost the Department of Public Safety $31,500 one-time in FY 2012 from the Transportation Fund Restricted - Department of Public Safety Account for the creation of a database and other programming changes. It will cost the Department up to an additional $500 for 10 hours of staff time to create administrative rules. The Department of Public Safety has indicated that it can absorb the $500 cost of rulemaking within its current budget.
