Local Governments (UCA 36-12-13(2)(c)):
Enactment of this bill could result in increased insurance costs for locals by covering the individuals mandated by the courts but not currently covered by existing insurance policies.

Direct Expenditures by Utah Residents and Businesses (UCA 36-12-13(2)(d)):
Enactment of this bill could result in increased insurance costs in the case that the courts require coverage currently not provided. There could also be some savings to the individuals currently paying the costs to cover disabled dependent children.
