Direct Expenditures by Utah Residents and Businesses (UCA 36-12-13(2)(d)):
Enactment of this bill could result in increased insurance costs in the case that the courts require coverage currently not provided. There could also be some savings to the individuals currently paying the costs to cover disabled dependent children.
