Mineral mining operators that conduct blasting within one mile of residential structure will likely incur increased costs for: blasting notice to public and residents within 1 mile, equipment to monitor air blasts and vibration, pre-blasting survey of structure of owner or renter, submittal of a plan to address blasting regulations.
