State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill reduces the costs of the Electronic High School Program by about $1 million annually. The bill also reduces the costs of USOE's involvement in students' education/occupation plans by $250,000 annually.

Local Governments (UCA 36-12-13(2)(c)):
Enactment of this bill may reduce future fees paid by school districts and charter schools for students attending electronic high school. By requiring school districts and charter schools to offer online courses, 53 districts and charter schools may incur costs associated with providing the online service of up to $4 million annually.
