Local Governments (UCA 36-12-13(2)(c)):
Certain counties will lose about $500,000 in revenues and no longer have the costs of providing emission testing services.

Direct Expenditures by Utah Residents and Businesses (UCA 36-12-13(2)(d)):
Emissions inspection businesses may lose revenue to the extent that they no longer inspect certain vehicles.
