State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill likely will not materially impact the state budget.

Local Governments (UCA 36-12-13(2)(c)):
This bill limits emmissions inspections fees to $20 for on-board dagnostic system emissions test and $25 for a tail pipe emissions test. Counties that conduct emmissions testing and currently charge more than these amounts will experience a loss in revenue.

Direct Expenditures by Utah Residents and Businesses (UCA 36-12-13(2)(d)):
This bill limits emmissions inspections fees to $20 for on-board dagnostic system emissions test and $25 for a tail pipe emissions test. Businesses that conduct emmissions testing and currently charge more than these amounts will experience a loss in ongoing revenue, however the amount is unknown at this time.
