State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill will likely result in a one-time cost of $71,700 General Fund for the Attorney
General's office to ensure implementation of procedures within agencies, as well as designation of a
neutral body for agencies to take actions on complaints.
To the extent that a new private right of action established in this bill results in court cases against state
agencies, the state may incur additional costs.
