HB0247 - Cost Sharing for Smokers Enrolled in Medicaid

State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
This bill costs the Department of Health $4,000 one-time General Fund and $4,000 one-time federal funds in FY 2012 for staff time to prepare a waiver and get input from stakeholder groups. The magnitude of further costs or savings for the bill will depend upon federal approval as well as what is included in the waiver proposal.
