State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill will cost the Courts $124,200 ongoing from the General Fund beginning in FY 2013. Provisions of the bill will also cost the Department of Corrections an estimated $90,000 in FY 2013 and $120,000 in FY 2014 and $129,000 each year therafter from the General Fund.
