Enactment of this bill will increase county government costs by approximately $90,000, and cities' and towns' costs by approximately $37,000, statewide for postage including the mailing of business reply envelopes and paying postage for ballots returned by mail.

Enactment of this bill likely will not result in direct, measurable expenditures by Utah residents or businesses.
