HB0354S01 - Alcoholic Beverage Amendments

State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enacting this bill will cost the Department of Public Safety $45,600 from the General Fund to staff the committee to study the abuse of alcohol. The bill also transfers approximately $81,000,000 from the Liquor Control Fund to the newly created Mark Up Holding Fund. The net impact of this provision would be zero and the uses for these funds would remain the same as for the current Liquor Control Fund.
