HB0400S01 - Traumatic Head and Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation Fund
State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Provisions of this bill creates a special revenue fund - Traumatic Spinal Cord and Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust Fund. A $20 administrative impound fee imposed on impounded vehicles is estimated to create a revenue stream of $200,000 per year. The bill also creates an advisory committee. It is estimated to cost $21,200 from the General Fund in FY 2013 for the Department of Health to implement requirements of the bill.
