Enactment of this bill could increase costs for local governments that acquire properties through the eminent domain process.

Direct Expenditures by Utah Residents and Businesses (UCA 36-12-13(2)(d)):
Enactment of this bill could increase income from properties sold through eminent domain action by Utah residents or businesses.
