State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill would increase revenue to the Commerce Service Fund by $1,000 in FY 2013. Costs to the Commerce Department for implementation of the provisions of the bill would be $2,000 one-time from the Commerce Service Fund. Spending from the Commerce Service Fund affects annual transfers to the General Fund.
