State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Costs to the Commerce Department for implementation of the investigation and inspection provisions of the bill would be $9,700 ongoing from the Commerce Service Fund and an additional $6,800 one-time in FY 2013. Spending from the Commerce Service Fund affects annual transfers to the General Fund.
