State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill will increase state restricted fund revenues by $686,300 beginning FY 2013. The bill will cost the Department of Public Safety one-time restricted funds of $20,900 in FY 2013 and $75,200 ongoing restricted funds beginning FY 2013. The bill will also cost the Department of Public Safety $78,700 one-time (FY 2013) and $1,154,000 ongoing (beginning 2013) from the General Fund. The bill will cost the Division of Wildlife Resources $97,000 ongoing restricted funds beginning FY 2013.

Local Governments (UCA 36-12-13(2)(c)):
Local governments will benefit from individuals paying their outstanding warrants, but it is not known how much revenue will be generated.

Direct Expenditures by Utah Residents and Businesses (UCA 36-12-13(2)(d)):
The database provider who is selected as the designated agent will benefit; individuals who pay their warrants within 120 days will avoid additional penalties.
