Function

The Utah Academic Library Consortium (UALC) provides a synergistic effect for the nine institutions in the USHE along with BYU and Westminster College, allowing for procurements and subscriptions of library materials that individual members could not purchase on their own. The UALC also effectively coordinates the identification and prioritization of the USHE library needs. The UALC not only addresses System-wide needs, but also evaluates institution specific needs.
