Function

Until 2010, The College of Eastern Utah (CEU) was an independent, open access community college with campuses in Price and Blanding as well as centers in Castle Dale, Monticello, Montezuma Creek, Monument Valley, and Navajo Mountain. Centers are also in western Colorado and northern Arizona. The College of Eastern Utah serves community needs throughout southeastern Utah with a strong commitment to students for certification, general education, occupational training, and continuing education for personal enrichment, career enhancement, and lifelong learning.

During the 2010 General Session, the College of Eastern Utah was established as a regional college of Utah State University with the passage of S.B. 69, "College of Eastern Utah Affiliation with Utah State University." This change was made to strengthen the College and utilize the University's regional campus structure to deliver higher education offerings to rural Utah.

USU-CEU serves community needs throughout southeastern Utah with a strong commitment to students for certification, general education, occupational training, and continuing education for personal enrichment, career enhancement, and lifelong learning.

All appropriation information for the College of Eastern Utah is for historical purposes only. Beginning with the FY 2011 appropriations, all funding goes through Utah State University.
