Line Item: Technology Acquisition Projects Function In fiscal years 2007, 2008, and 2009, the Legislature appropriated funding to DTS in the Technology Acquisition Projects Line Item for computer system upgrades. After FY 2009, the Legislature appropriated state funds directly to agencies who then pay DTS dedicated credits (to its internal service fund) to develop or contract projects.
