Agency: Environmental Quality Line Item: Water Security Dev Acct - Water Pollution Function The Water Development Security Fund (WDSF) provides funding to administer loan programs. The WDSF includes the Water Quality Security subaccount and the Drinking Water Security subaccount. State money in the Water Quality Security subaccount may be applied to meet match requirements for federal funds. It is made up by the following subaccounts: - Utah Wastewater Loan Program;
- Utah State Revolving Fund for Wastewater Projects;
- Hardship Grant Program for Wastewater Projects; and
- Water Quality Origination Fee.
Statutory Authority 73-10c-5 creates the Water Development Security Fund (WDSF) and its subaccounts.
